Information Letter

We invite you to participate in this 2008 show.
A registration form is enclosed.

This year’s show is an exciting opportunity for you to join other vendors, showcasing your business and selling your products. ( We encourage you to sell items as long as you have a valid sales tax number. ) Food samples are allowed, but all concessions are under the control of the committee.

Gardening displays may incorporate water if desired.
Businesses will be located in a heated, paved, clean, well lighted area.
Sporting displays, activities, demonstrations may incorporate water if desired and utilize a large warehouse area.

The Vincent Implements building provides a heated area. The facility is clean, paved, and well lighted. Electric outlets are easily accessible.

Beverage and food will be available to purchase.

Spring is a time for exploring new ideas and products. The 2007 show will give you an opportunity to join other vendors, under one roof, to display, sell and share new ventures with all of Weakley County, TN and surrounding towns. We really enjoy getting to know our neighboring businesses from Murray, Mayfield, Union City, Paris, Fulton, Jackson, Paducah and other nearby towns. Our attendance in 2007 was over 1,300 and 79 vendors were present.

This year we will be including the outdoor sporting businesses again; hunting, fishing, archery, outdoor sporting supplies and clothes, etc. We look forward to a good response in this area. Let us know how we can help you.

This is your show and your opportunity to promote and introduce your business to the larger community.
We will announce winners of door prizes that you wish to provide. Attendees may sign up at your booth.

Seminars will be scheduled during the event.
